💛 The Panhandle Gives Campaign – RunsNovember 24 – December 2. This year, we’re combining it with our membership drive. GAFPA families can pay their $50 membership fee through TPG, which counts toward your fundraising participation requirement. TPG also matches a percentage of donations—last year we raised about $6,000 plus $700 in amplification funds!
    ➡️ To make it fun, we’ll have a friendly competition: each GAFPA family will receive a personalized fundraising link. Families that bring in the most donations will win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes.

sod poodles concession stand volunteer day

You can be a part of a big fundraiser for the GAFPA family! If you would like to volunteer to help us run the concession stands at Hodgetown Stadium on August 31st, contact Gennifer Schuster at 806-681-1115 for more information. Gennifer will text you with all of the details after you sign up with the form below. Thank you so much!

When:

Saturday, August 31st, 4:45pm to 9th Inning (up to 9:30pm)

Where:

Feed & Seed Concession Stand at Hodgetown Stadium.

Go through the door on 8th street that says “Diamond Foods” Go through the kitchen door that takes you out to the stadium. We are working at the Feed & Seed Concession Stand.

What:

We will be running orders to the kitchen, taking payments and making drinks. Anyone 14 and over can volunteer. Hair must be put up, wear a baseball cap, if possible. No open toe shoes.

How:

The concession manager will give a run down of the rules, and a short training on running the cash register, drink preparation and running orders to the kitchen. Then we will help clean up around the 9th inning. Anyone 14 and over can volunteer. Hair must be put up, wear a baseball cap, if possible. No open toe shoes.

Why:

All tips will go to raise money for GAFPA community events and the Christmas Fund. Thank you so much!
